Behavioural management

It is not always possible to make decisions rationally and according to logical principles. How are an individual's human behavior, emotions and emotional values reflected in his managerial style and what impact does it have on his team?

Marian Jelínek

In his 25 years of experience, he was employed as a hockey coach in the Czech Republic and abroad. His greatest achievements are winning the World Championship in 2005, 2 Czech Extraliga wins with HC Sparta Praha and one President Cup win with HC Plzeň. He is mainly concerned with Sport Psychology and Mental Coaching. He lectures for various sport associations and clubs as well as companies from many different domains. He collaborates with top athletes such as Karolína Plíšková. He is a co-author to several books and a bearer of two PhDs in Psychology and Kinantropology.

How to correctly work with the body, the breath and the voice? How to properly formulate your thoughts? How to be able to convince your audience vividly and naturally? The goal is the truthfulness and credibility of the speech, the certitude of acting and the ability to attract and retain attention.

Martin Vasquez

Martin graduated from the Theater Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and the Theater Faculty of the JAMU in Brno as part of his doctoral studies. He completed a number of trainings and internships in the field of public speaking. Since 2003, more than 13,500 participants from various companies have undergone his training. In the artistic field, he performs in the stand-up comedy Na Stojáka, Slam Poetry or for the Boring Conference Prague. In 2012, he founded a center for research and development of improvisation called the Impro Institute.

A successful business plan is one that can be truly implemented in
cooperation with the whole company. Business plan as a management tool, its preparation, setting and measuring goals, prioritization,
reflection of current developments in the company.

Šimon Mastný + host: Mirek Král, MarketUP

Managing partner in the company TAB Board CZ & SK which in Czechia and Slovakia represents the unique concept of mutual consultancy and coaching for the owners of small and medium-sized companies. Before that, he spent 20 years working on top managerial posts in the domain of information technology and consulting.
He is a certified TAB coach and consultant for company management.

Michal Pastier

A fan of the Burning Man festival, co-owner and creative director of an advertising agency Zaraguza and branding studio GoBigname. Michal was named as one of the Top 100 European Innovators according to Google and Financial Times.

He also made it on the cover of Forbes Slovakia magazine as the winner of the Business 30under30 category. He is the youngest holder of the prestigious FILIP award for exceptional contribution to Slovak advertising.

The e-commerce Industry Manager at Google, Dalibor is a partner for all the biggest e-commerce clients on Czech and Slovak markets. He is also responsible for several German and Dutch clients. His main goal is to help his clients maximise their potential using Google tools.

Tania le Moigne + Daniela Landherr

Director of the Czech, Hungarian, Romanian and Slovak branches of Google, Tania is a prominent figure of the Czech Internet. She is dedicated to educating young talents with a focus on value leadership, corporate culture and children's education within the company 4bambini, which publishes board games about important values of life. She also supports the professional development of talented women and the digital literacy of Czechs.

How to search for new business opportunities using the power of CRM data.

Wouter Blok, Petr Šmíd

As part of his work for Google, Wouter was in charge of one of the largest and most sophisticated clients, the portal. Wouter also worked as a CMO in retail for Coolblue, in telecommunications for US Sprint, and in finance for GoBear. Wouter currently works as VP at Getyouguide and personally consults CX and digital transformations for selected fastest growing Central European clients.


Self Coaching

The basic principles and techniques of (self) coaching, which significantly increase the probability (and speed) of achieving the desired goal. From the appropriate formulation of the development goal, through small and at the same time effective steps by which it is possible to "reshape" one's own behavior, to the briefing and debriefing of a specific experience. The outcome of the day will be the acquisition of self-coaching techniques, clarification of the development vision and an increase in the desire to achieve this vision.

Radvan Bahbouh

A psychologist and a coach, Radvan has been lecturing at FF UK for over twenty years. At the same time, he devotes his time to individual and team coaching, coaching training and supervision within his company QED GROUP. He trains senior management teams. He consults on HR-related topics and creates complex HR projects for companies.

How to be one's own leader

Before you can start leading people, you must first become a good leader to yourself.
Otherwise, as a boss, you will constantly worry and "trip" over yourself. By mastering "self-leadership", you will become more capable of achieving all your goals.

Filip Kahoun + host

Filip has finished his PhD in Marketing and Manager Psychology after graduating from Economics and Management. He spent 15 years on leading posts in Cetelem, Česká Pojišťovna, Generali, and, the biggest Czech digital agency. Currently, he is focusing on his lecturing and publishing activities. He is the author of the book "The Fight for Attention" in which he uncovers the strength of the ordinary human attention.
